Booking Terms and conditions Please agree to the following terms and conditions to continue booking. Please call 08 72265767 to make a booking if you can not find a time in this website. Our friendly staffs will help you to reserve your seat over the phone. Yuki in the hills operates two dinner sittings on weekends (Friday and Saturday). The 5 / 5:30pm sitting is allocated a 2 hour dining time. Out staff will require the table back for the second sitting after 2 hours. Table allocation is based on when bookings were made - we do our best to accommodate all requests but seating in our prime locations is limited. Groups For bookings of 6 or more, please call us on +61 8 7226 5767 Monday-Sunday between 4:00pm to 9:00pm or e-mail us at booking@yukiinthehills.com Cancellation Policy We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation, reduction of diners or date changes. Failure to do so, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the booking fee ($50/table) as cancellation fees. Any cancellation, reduction of diners or date change made 24 hours before the booking time does not incur any charges. Dietary requirements - place in the comments section on the next booking page, otherwise we cannot guarantee such requests. Yuki in the hills is family friendly. We require children to remain seated at the table for the duration of the dining experience for OHS, social distancing and sanitising purposes. We have a limited number of highchairs available. Please inform your need of highchair when make a booking. Thank you
