Booking Terms and conditions

Please agree to the following terms and conditions to continue booking.

Please call 08 7226 5767 to make a booking if you can not find your time in this website.
Our friendly staff will help you to reserve your seat over the phone. Please be aware that times requested which are not provided on our booking system may not be approved by our staff during busy periods. We will try our best to accommodate all reservations, but we ask you to be respectful if your booking is rejected.

​​We kindly ask that all guests treat our staff with respect. Our team works hard to provide the best possible experience, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Yuki in the Hills reserves the right to refuse service or ask any guest to leave the premises if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

Bookings

Yuki in the hills operates one dinner sitting on weekends (Friday and Saturday). The 5:00pm seating is allocated a 2-hour dining period, with tables required back at 7:00pm for the following sitting. During busier periods, our team may kindly request your table back 10 minutes prior to the conclusion of the 2-hour period to allow a buffer for preparation for the next guests. Tables are allocated according to the order in which bookings are received through our system. Whilst we make every effort to honour requests, seating in our prime locations is limited and not guaranteed.​​​

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation, reduction of diners or date changes.
 

Failure to do so, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the booking fee ($50/table) as cancellation fees. Any cancellation, reduction of diners or date change made 24 hours before the booking time does not incur any charges.

Dietary Requirements

Place in the comments section on the next booking page, otherwise we cannot guarantee such requests.
 

Yuki in the hills is family friendly. We require children to remain seated at the table for the duration of the dining experience for OHS, social distancing and sanitising purposes. We have a limited number of highchairs available. Please inform your need of highchair when make a booking.
